Women Empowerment-Socially Enterprising

We target indigenous women and impart weaving skills to enable them earn $ 4-5 a day with innovative designs and production of eco-friendly, market-based products. On a monthly basis 6 women can finish basic weaving training, in 3 months can produced designed products costing Rs. 3500 – Rs. 6, 000 earning 35% from the products, and the rest goes to the Project Revolving Fund which covers more women under the program. Community Revolving Fund has empower the indigenous women helping more women to access the program fund. This is the sustainable part of the social enterprises. Women trained women, designs innovative designs, produce the products, market the products and women use the products themselves! All in a women’s work. Women are always better than men in designing and innovation. We are looking for investors or partners who can want to invest to developed the machines so that it can be operated with electrical power automatically and enhance speed and production. The whole process produce no waste, no pollution, waste no fuels, natural fibers weaved and designs attractively to suit the desire for occasional, normal & formal wears. We aim to capacitates 100 women a year, stimulate sustainable economic growth and facilitate social changes, reducing extreme poverty. Women do not only earn for themselves but also contribute for the Church and the Project Revolving fund. We will be grateful for any kind of technical and financial support to up grade the machines and enhanced production.
